We guarantee that all landscape design services will be performed with professional skill and care. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 30 days of project completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
All plants installed by Craftioscent are guaranteed to be healthy and free from disease at the time of installation. We provide a warranty period as specified in your project agreement, typically ranging from 30 days to one year depending on the plant type and season.

Hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and other structural elements are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for specific products will be provided where applicable.
We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. If any defects in workmanship are discovered within the warranty period specified in your project agreement, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional charge.

To maintain warranty coverage, clients must follow the maintenance instructions provided by Craftioscent. This includes proper watering schedules, seasonal care, and timely notification of any issues. Failure to maintain the landscape according to our guidelines may void warranty coverage.
Our liability under any warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the specific service or material in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or other indirect costs.
