Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that all landscape design services will be performed with professional skill and care. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 30 days of project completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Plant Warranty

All plants installed by Craftioscent are guaranteed to be healthy and free from disease at the time of installation. We provide a warranty period as specified in your project agreement, typically ranging from 30 days to one year depending on the plant type and season.

Our plant warranty covers:

• Plant death or decline due to installation issues
• Plants that were diseased or unhealthy at installation
• Defects in plant material quality

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper watering or maintenance
• Damage from extreme weather conditions
• Damage from pests, animals, or vandalism
• Plants that were not maintained according to our care instructions

Materials Warranty

Hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and other structural elements are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for specific products will be provided where applicable.

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. If any defects in workmanship are discovered within the warranty period specified in your project agreement, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional charge.

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us as soon as you notice an issue
• Provide photographs and a detailed description of the problem
• Allow us to inspect the issue in person
• Follow any care instructions we provide while the claim is being processed

We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as deemed appropriate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Project cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations before work begins: Deposit may be refunded minus any design fees and administrative costs
• Cancellations after work has commenced: Client is responsible for all work completed and materials ordered
• Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances: Will be rescheduled at no additional charge

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, clients must follow the maintenance instructions provided by Craftioscent. This includes proper watering schedules, seasonal care, and timely notification of any issues. Failure to maintain the landscape according to our guidelines may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under any warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the specific service or material in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or other indirect costs.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or warranty coverage, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues through open communication and fair negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
