Craftioscent provides professional landscape design services, including but not limited to softscape design, hardscape installation, landscape renovation, and related consultation services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our team.
Initial consultations may be provided free of charge or for a fee, as specified at the time of scheduling. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to adjustment based on site conditions, material availability, or changes in project scope.
All landscape design projects require a written agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other relevant details. Work will not commence until a signed agreement and required deposit are received.
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments due at specified milestones and final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
Any changes to the agreed-upon project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. We will provide written estimates for any additional work before proceeding.
Clients are responsible for providing clear access to the work site and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Unexpected site conditions, such as underground utilities or poor soil quality, may require additional work and cost adjustments.
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranties for plants, materials, and workmanship will be outlined in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftioscent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
All landscape designs, plans, and related materials created by Craftioscent remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the design for their specific property but may not reproduce or distribute the design without our written permission.
We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer that your project not be photographed or used in our marketing, please notify us in writing.
Cancellation terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Virginia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
